    Gonna give this a try! I've played tennis for 3 years. Although my tennis has improved a lot, i still find myself frustrated about my groundstrokes sometimes. Thx for the video!

    Great idea, please suggest correct weight of medicine ball to buy, I'm 5'7 145 lbs.
