This fight is iconic - being able to clear it before Cata is so cool. I only seen Lich King at a legacy run at level 85 :( But I still remember the whole fight tactics, because I rewatched world first video so many times.
LK 25 HC is the HARDEST boss of all classic trilogy by a HUGE margin. Its not even open to debate.
with 30% buff halion is actually harder
halion 25hc is way harder
@@wkreloaded yea, with a 30%HP+Dmg+healing buff obviously its easier. Remove the buff
@@Gabriel50yfi because you are raiding with a 30% buff, thats why its harder. Remove the buff on icc and then check
Even with the buff Halion is easier than LK, you just did it far less.

my brothers had over 200 wipes on H lk got like 10th server, I proceed to transfer to their guild parse a 4 and kill LK after 3 heroic pulls Lol
I got the realm first kill on swiftys server darkspear for H LK 25man as the main tank when I was 13 years old :p
I was on that server. I used to farm Swifty in 2s arena.
This is one of the most horrible LK heroic kills I have even seen. But hey kill is kill.

It's only against ToS in SoD / Classic servers I believe. Retail, WoTLK/Cata are fair game.

its more likely to be unable to kill it even with the 30% buff
the version xar killed is about on par or slightly easier than normal LK with zero% in 258 gear

@@sirhenry0 interesting framing.....its fun to beat hard things. heroic LK prebuff was an incredibly tight dps check and the mechanics were relatively unforgiving. made all the gearing and min maxing worth it

He uses all CDs to pad on unnecessary mobs that you should ignore, when everyone else was focusing single target boss. Mages are just scaled improperly with 80 icc gear
@@Evilchickenheadnah he did this in prepatch mages are busted they are easily doing triple the dps of the next best class at the highest level. Also yeah he was padding on irrelevant adds and actually tjr funny part is that fucked them over many a times because he pulled the ghouls of so they didn't get enough bounces on the shambling to kill it

Not playing pre patch I'll tell you that anyone good on any server is either on pserver or doing beta testing for cata
@@Keyy7787 Your answer makes no sense to what I had said? Cata is popping off for a pre patch but apparently no good players are playing it? Yeah a lot of streamers are playing the beta to try and give feedback to make it all smooth and then there are players like me and xaryu and a whole bunch of others that are catching up on some gear and getting ready for launch, there has not been a good player playing wotlk since season 1 when most got over it
@@boganbattalion7088 oh pre patch I doing great no doubt although very inflated from people just on to do arch and nothing else regardless the interest for cata looks very high atm. Also yeah nothing wrong with enjoying the game in a different way then others. The good players aren't on there really for feedback even mostly to practice for world first hence why if they are even on pre patch it's to do something to prep for cata launch like arch. They don't care to kill hlk for the 100th time this phase
