The thing about success and happiness looking different for each type is such a huge insight. Years ago I had picked up on this pattern that I kinda need a lot of time to myself to be doing some weird particular thing that I'm interested in, usually in a very solitary way, learning more about it and getting good at it, even if it looks like it's causing my work or my school life or whatever to suffer, because otherwise I kind of feel like I'm dying and constantly exhausted. Years later it turns out that I'm probably a social type 3 which pretty much explains it perfectly. It reminds me of Henry Cavill, also a social 3, talked about how he almost missed the call saying he got the role of Superman because he was playing World of Warcraft...like on the outside that just looks like a funny anecdote, kind of irresponsible or childish maybe, but really it's a manifestation of "if I'm not deeply sinking my life into this thing that I'm currently interested in, what's the point".

Time and time again the ideas in these videos help me understand something that i'm having a hard time putting to words. I've seen the main point of the video a lot in my life. how schools and parents only tell kids to be responsible first. And i've noticed how that never did good for me or a lot of other people. I didn't really have any idea if there was any other way I could go about things. It feels slightly offputting how these videos so easily and neatly tidy up my own thoughts.

What is Bernie Sanders' social type? I don't think he's an ego driven #1 and he doesn't seem to be all-in on specialize or generalize either. Maybe also a 4, but more intense than Carter because he's an MM extravert?

Hey Dave, this was a good video, just checking out some of your stuff every now and then.
One important pattern to look at when it comes to balancing out 512 + social types is autism.
Think I remember you mentioning before that you're possibly slightly autistic. I'll admit, if I got a piece of paper that showed the truth in regards to 'neurodiversity' of others, I would cut them more slack. It's my fault for not taking this into greater consideration. I have a lack of understanding in regards to where other people are coming from.
What my M-Ni is picking up on is a trend of people who follow OPS as being:
    1) autistic to some degree.
    2) have past trauma. As a trend. Like not minor stuff, heavier stuff.
    3) suppressed father figure in their lives/past lives. I see this in particular with men who give off this energy which is translated to a lack of forgiveness towards their father or themselves. Then they're looking for their father through "his shadow" which is an attempt to resolve the lack of love that's there. I sense a fragile ego in people who don't have a lot of stability here.
    4) high intelligence/IQ. This one is just a given. Not in all cases, but a trend.
When we think of "threads" pulling on a persons behaviors, I sense these having a lot of weight. So might be worth mentioning at different points in your videos to balance out your information so people who follow you guys can take better care of themselves. Info is only as good as it is in balance with everything else that's also involved in the equation.
Another thing to consider is the culture we create around us which creates self-fulfilling prophecies. If we aren't careful, we can unconsciously create the perfect conditions for others which doesn't bring out their best selves, but instead brings out a side of themselves that we were planning for, trying to predict, or trying to influence because it makes us feel more secure inside if people are similar to us (which creates an extreme bias in perception). Tricky business if you're Ni/Fi dom with savior sleep

@@kiaadams104 no it’s objective personalities new social types, totally different. It’s a new thing and I don’t understand it well enough to explain it thoroughly. Basically they believe there are social types that are separate from. A persons actual type although perhaps social types correlate. There’s some information out there online about it but I think it’s still pretty limited.

Bill Nye or Anthony Fauci would be good INTPs to look up as possible 3s. Jordan Peterson is an ENTP that is a 3. Go around youtube looking for people complaining and you probably got a 3. They have a lot of classes in their paid site on 3s. If you are waiting for free youtube content then you are going to have to do just that, wait a bit.
