This is why ramin djawadi has been linked to several series I have enjoyed watching more than once. He composes perfectly pieces that fit or set the mood of the scenes, series or characters which become synonymous with them.

Why men take on dangerous jobs when they could be working in an office, or staying at home. There's something inside everyone that makes us feel the need to help others, and while some of us may choose to ignore it, those who don't just might move on to see the true meaning of life. Jesus that was deep
I remember starting watching the show in late summer, and as the sun was shining less and the cold winds grew in this amazing story, the weather outside my window followed. By the time winter had came and the dead marched on the wall the snow was falling in the real night as well. This melody really takes me back to hearing it when watching the show, looking out and seeing lights from houses in the dark while the snow was howling outside… Nothing else but magical.
Can't believe the end is nearly upon this show, I think most of us will cry more than once, when our favorite characters fall, when our favorite locations are burnt to the ground, when our favorite show fades to black and the credits start rolling, as too will our tears down our faces #WinterIsHere
We were born from the night and from the cold, every winter the blood of the north returns stronger. My brothers and sisters will always return to the sound of our home. Winterfell.
I really wanted to be a stark while watching the show, they always seemed like the most honourable, good people out there, also I love snow and castles
I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years a few months ago. Right person, wrong time kinda thing. I was always a fantasy nerd and loved anything that had dragons, knights, elves, etc. For some reason (likely due to the 8th season) I never watched game of thrones. She introduced it to me, and it’s just one of THOSE things that has stuck with me above all other memories, for some odd reason. It was something we shared, and something that truly felt like “us.” It was OUR show. I listen to this song now when I reminisce about things. For those who have been through the stages of grief, you’ll understand what I mean when this song feels like acceptance itself - the feeling of blood and bond, love and loss, and winter being the time of year we both loved the most - it’s fitting, and it has a certain amount of closure to its sound that just… works. Crazy how the soundtrack of a show I’d never seen before her is now the “soundtrack” of this part of my life; all right before winter starts, too. Winter is here, it seems.
A am saddened that we are coming to the end of this memorable and beautiful adventure. As is typical of hollywood, someone will try and duplicate GOT but will most likely fail. perhaps someone will, on the other hand, create something unique and new, and give us yet another adventure to savor.
We have the Amazon Lord of the Rings prequel series coming, set in the second age. It is the biggest TV budget in history, and I'm sure it will be on the same scale and quality as Game of Thrones
Use this to help me sleep. Only, it makes me miss the whole GoT show even more and end up spending a few days re-watching. Wishing this world was real more and more.
Idk why but this music and Skyrims. Brings me a lot of sadness. It reminds me of being old, sitting by my fireplace at night thinking of all my old adventures and memories and pain.
I thought you wrote depression because I slightly feel that way. Ugh, I wish they ended the finale in an enlightening or somewhat happy/hopeful note than leaving us a meh feeling.
Every year I rewatch GOT. Can't help it. Even if they destroyed the last 3 episodes of the last season, i don't really freakin' care... i will watch it always, forever. The music composed and produced by Ramin Djawadi is one of the most epic ones. He really deserved all the awards gained by composing these amazing songs.

After watching GOT series, four different times. I bought the book collection. Reading the book with this playing in the background is crazy good. Highly recommend!
I am currently reading through the books for the first time, and I keep this on in the background to really get me in the spirit of Westeros and the North.
A lot of people talk about bow bad the story ended... They give valid reasons, and their feelings and protests can be justified, but man this series was a masterpiece! I hope i am not the only one who was filled with gratitude and awe at the end. If it ended the way everyone else would have wanted, then wheres the thrill and suspense and the questions. Should it always be the case that movies finish the way we expect? Isnt that what everyone does and thus renders everything similar. I have watched the last season so many times, i still get goosebumps even today. So much emotion when the dead came, and culminating to the last episode. I am not an expert in these things but i still say today that for me theres no better series i have watched and enjoyed like this one. Forever grateful to the men and women who gave us this offering!
The Old Gods and the First Men know the harshest and cruelest winters, they know the sting of its blade across their warm skin, they know the chill of its icy breath over their snow lain lands. The night it came would be the darkest, the coldest, the harshest night they had ever known. It stalked the fields and ate the tiller men whole, women and babes left hard and still in its grasp. Lords lit their halls aflame rather than submit to its blue eyes. Winter’s clouds settled over the land, no wind blew it away, no fires, no blades could pierce its chains of ice. There was one. One born amidst salt and smoke, one with a sword alive with the light of blazing fire. One of many names, one long forgotten. One who found the Rose in a field, The Black Stag in a storm, The Golden Lion, with eyes glowing green in the darkness, the Kraken restrained beneath ice and rock, while the Sun and its spear were held above the clouds, where the Falcon roamed in exile, with the dragons, whose flames turned blue. And the Wolf, with fur as white as winter and eyes red as the morning dawn, howling with the song of the wind. There was a time when Storms raged with the lions roar once, as well the Rose wilted in the sun’s heat, while the Kraken envied the Falcon, and when the Dragon’s slept . There was a time when the wolf howled with many, a great song sung in unison, now he was alone, but he remembered. He always remembered. With their sword ablaze with light in the black snows, they punctured winter’s shadow and carved its chain in twain. Light returned to the world, with its warmth. The summer snows became a distant memory in time, so did the sword aflame, the stags settled, the Lions rested, the Rose prospered, the sun blazed, the Kraken swam, the Falcon soared. The wolf got no chance. As night receded from the world, it’s fangs hung onto the edge, further north than his furs could suffer. So he stayed, he sat atop the edge of the world and waited. Awaited for its winds, it’s cold blade, it’s eyes of ice. Still, he stands there, sometimes with many, mostly alone, awaiting the day winter comes again.
I have no doubt that GOT will be the Best TV show in the history of TV and it will remain for a very very long time.. lucky to watch such a amazing piece of work
I've never seen the TV show and I am currently reading the first book of a song of ice and fire, reading and listening to this just transports me to the book on a level I had never experienced before. Wow...
I'm still on season three, I was just looking for music to play a quiet game or draw, and I found this. I've only just started my "journey" through this series, and this music has already made me feel nostalgic and sad. In these first seasons, we were shown the Starks and Winterfell so often that this place began to feel like home
Starks were the most humane, humble people and despite living in the north, in a hard climate, where everyone struggles to survive, where anyone could be killed easily by the other, less merciful tribes, they still kept their honor and fair judgment and suffered the most because of it. Long live the kings and queens of the North! 🐺
Good grief, I don't think we'll ever experience something like Game of Thrones again, the countless memories of hangouts and discussions with friends, each year, each episode, it's just too unique of an experience. These years that have now passed, will forever be a milestone in my life, this is gonna be the thing you sit down and lament the bygone days of, with others of your generation 50 years from now.
This is the perfect music to write an epic fantasy to. As the shadows close in and all hope fails to bring reprieve from the terror that has risen from the depths of the mountains 🖤

3 years after the release and the hype, i just finished Game of Thrones late in the night. You can't even describe the feelings passing through my head. It really the end of an era, GOT isnt, like the Last of Us a simple TV show. I'm crying actually ,full of sadness, of emptiness, for my life because we got too many heroes there, we got attached to them, we live trough their choice but IRL, we got nobody like that, we are alone, fighting for a life who sometimes have any sense.
i'm pretty sure GOT make me grown and will make grown in the future. this is or this was one of best , maybe the best human show i have ever experienced. No, it showed you why your heart was broken. The fans know it ended in season 6. It continued for 2 more seasons that had some decent episodes. It was fan fiction that kept it going as long as it could. Just my thoughts tho 😶
This is why ramin djawadi has been linked to several series I have enjoyed watching more than once. He composes perfectly pieces that fit or set the mood of the scenes, series or characters which become synonymous with them.
His Westworld ost is extraordinary isn't it.
Ich vermisse die Serie schon sehr. 8 Jahre lang gesehen und nicht enttäuscht von Ende. Gute Erinnerungen an die Serie 🤗

I'm guessing that's 20 degrees Fahrenheit?

As an aspiring firefighter I can say that there is no single quote that better describes why we do what we do. Why men take on dangerous jobs when they could be working in an office, or staying at home. There's something inside everyone that makes us feel the need to help others, and while some of us may choose to ignore it, those who don't just might move on to see the true meaning of life.

I remember starting watching the show in late summer, and as the sun was shining less and the cold winds grew in this amazing story, the weather outside my window followed. By the time winter had came and the dead marched on the wall the snow was falling in the real night as well. This melody really takes me back to hearing it when watching the show, looking out and seeing lights from houses in the dark while the snow was howling outside…
Nothing else but magical.
Excellent timing for the mood👍👍
GOT you will always be in my heart and no one will ever replace you there. Thanks for the great memories.
Can't believe the end is nearly upon this show, I think most of us will cry more than once, when our favorite characters fall, when our favorite locations are burnt to the ground, when our favorite show fades to black and the credits start rolling, as too will our tears down our faces #WinterIsHere
@Thomas H not for the last time.
Love love love this!!!!!!!!!! The music of Winterfell and the Starks is just so sad and emotional. Fits perfect with the mood of winter darkness.
Ambient Worlds is definitely the best. I've listened to other GOT Winterfell vids, and this was definitely the best. Thanks!!!
This gives me such a sweet melancholy feeling after all that the Stark family went through, haunting yet memorable.
Game of Thrones. This series should be shown in heaven.😔 I miss everything 😢 in this show 🥺 plz I want to lose my memory to watch it again😭😭

Love this. Thank you for not having 800 ads like some other “relaxing music” videos do 🙌
I really wanted to be a stark while watching the show, they always seemed like the most honourable, good people out there, also I love snow and castles
I’m listening to this as I cry myself to sleep. Tonight was the season finale of GoT! We remember!!!
Oh honey much love to you
Still
It’s scary to think that TV shows have such a huge impact and meaning in our lives. We sometimes may not even realise it but it does
I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years a few months ago.
I suggest The Last Kingdom. Its a great show and will be good to watch in place of this masterpiece.
We have the Amazon Lord of the Rings prequel series coming, set in the second age. It is the biggest TV budget in history, and I'm sure it will be on the same scale and quality as Game of Thrones
Woow well said
there is no end as long as we have the books

Use this to help me sleep. Only, it makes me miss the whole GoT show even more and end up spending a few days re-watching. Wishing this world was real more and more.
Thank you game of thrones for being apart of our lives. We will never forget what we have ben through. *thaank you*
This is not just music ... this is art
This music includes: sadness, happiness, nostalgia, my love for got, warmth (is like I lived there with everyone), hope ❤️

Idk why but this music and Skyrims. Brings me a lot of sadness. It reminds me of being old, sitting by my fireplace at night thinking of all my old adventures and memories and pain.

After the finale (and being a big fan of Jon Snow) I can safely say I have a deeper appreciation for this video.
Thanks for the cozy nights.
I thought you wrote depression because I slightly feel that way. Ugh, I wish they ended the finale in an enlightening or somewhat happy/hopeful note than leaving us a meh feeling.
I'm so sad it's all over now... :'(
Long live House Stark, RIP Eddard Stark
Its not over! They are working on prequels and in the mean time you can always rewatch all the seasons :)
Good bye brother, the Stark's song makes me cry :(
Every year I rewatch GOT. Can't help it. Even if they destroyed the last 3 episodes of the last season, i don't really freakin' care... i will watch it always, forever. The music composed and produced by Ramin Djawadi is one of the most epic ones. He really deserved all the awards gained by composing these amazing songs.
I watched GOT twice. But i will keep on listening the soundtracks forever.
Season 7 was when it was destroyed
It was brilliant. That was how it was always going to end.

Legend says this soundtrack made the white walkers’ hearts melt.
This makes me feel almost sad but also nostalgic. I honestly love this. By far one of the most emotional and epic ost’s I’ve ever heard.
After watching GOT series, four different times. I bought the book collection. Reading the book with this playing in the background is crazy good. Highly recommend!

It's 2024. Sitting here crying over the Starks. My favorite GOT house and theme song ❤ 💔
I'm still watching the show.. it's awesome
This track now has a new meaning to me after the battle against the dead...wow..
Why am I crying? It's just a beautiful work of art.
Love it

I have no doubt that GOT will be the Best TV show in the history of TV and it will remain for a very very long time.. lucky to watch such a amazing piece of work
I've never seen the TV show and I am currently reading the first book of a song of ice and fire, reading and listening to this just transports me to the book on a level I had never experienced before. Wow...
Finally reading the first book all the way through, and this has to be the best soundtrack for the first bit of it.

I'm still on season three, I was just looking for music to play a quiet game or draw, and I found this. I've only just started my "journey" through this series, and this music has already made me feel nostalgic and sad. In these first seasons, we were shown the Starks and Winterfell so often that this place began to feel like home
Totally agree 👍
Starks were the most humane, humble people and despite living in the north, in a hard climate, where everyone struggles to survive, where anyone could be killed easily by the other, less merciful tribes, they still kept their honor and fair judgment and suffered the most because of it. Long live the kings and queens of the North! 🐺
Long live the Kings and Queens of Winter🐺❄⚔
Good grief, I don't think we'll ever experience something like Game of Thrones again, the countless memories of hangouts and discussions with friends, each year, each episode, it's just too unique of an experience. These years that have now passed, will forever be a milestone in my life, this is gonna be the thing you sit down and lament the bygone days of, with others of your generation 50 years from now.
Thank you for this. I'm saving this for Winds of Winter.
