You should go file an injunction against the land lord and the property management company for harassment in your city’s civil court you can probably get the money you had to pay out to break the lease and cover your moving expenses and recover any security deposits that they might not want to return. It just takes a little time but when people in charge mess with you like that you just got to redirect their focus and give them something to do
