Wow its crazy how different it is in different areas. Im in Arkansas and its a rare sight to see a bald eagle. Their Mainly down by the rivers. None of our livestock are bothered by them.

They eat the catfish in our pond also. But love eating our chickens and dive-bombing newborn lambs. We still love the eagles but our LGD’s keep them safe as long as they stay with their charge. 👍👍

Bear is certainly earning his keep! What breed is he? Also you should get another one as, despite his vigilance, Bear cant be in two places at once. Point in case with the TWO eagles. Just like in the military, always work with your fireteam partner! Amazing videos! Gives me direction for my future homestead!

Yes! We never had issues with bird predators on other properties. The property we’re on now though has 2 big nests 😬

Here is an idea...the shot gun shells inlaid with epoxy resin. Keeps the shells looking like new and any messes are an easy wipe.

I did not know that an eagle would go after a lamb. We have seen them at our p!ace in Northern Indiana. They seem interested in our pond.
