A valiant effort to free your comrades, Kevin! 👏 This was a fantastic episode, and I’d love to see more like it. That said, as a writer myself (though of prose, not of scripts), I imagine it required more effort than more typical scripts would, so the frequency of these kinds of episodes is totally up to him (I mean, obviously, because Kevin *writes* them, but don’t force anything just because of the audience, Kevin). Also, with this episode in particular, I think the experience as a whole wouldn’t have been as well-rounded had I opted to listen to the podcast version, most likely because, like Simon, I probably wouldn’t have been able to pick up every voice-changed word, so the subtitles helped a lot (thanks, Jen!) Kevin, you are amazing, this was super fun! Please do more like this!
Simon and Jen are awesome too, as well as Danny, Calum, Sam, David, and everybody else involved in the whistle boy youtube empire!
A round of applause for Kevin on this one. Excellent episode and excellent format.
Simon, lock him up with Danny as fast as you can.
Great entertainment! Really enjoyed watching and actually laughed out loud a couple of times.
Well done!
Also, with this episode in particular, I think the experience as a whole wouldn’t have been as well-rounded had I opted to listen to the podcast version, most likely because, like Simon, I probably wouldn’t have been able to pick up every voice-changed word, so the subtitles helped a lot (thanks, Jen!)
Overall, 10/10, would recommend #FreeDanny
Love puzzles and interactive stuff like this! Kevin is both an amazing script writer and wonderfully inventive!
LOVED IT!! Need more of these! Thanks Simon and Kevin!
This was brilliant. Simon's total scepticism does my head in sometimes on some of the other videos but I enjoy watching regardless, this one though was an excellent format. Also glad to see Danny won't be escaping any time soon!
This was absolutely amazing! I'd LOVE to see more content like this--!!!
Just recently started listening to the podcast, and this one was a lot of fun. I would love to hear regular installments in this format. My only suggestion would be to back off a smidge on the voice distortion at the end. I couldn't understand it in my car, and had to watch the end here.
For what it's worth, Simon, your podcasts are the only ones I have ever actually enjoyed. Keep up the great work!
As a diagnosed psychotic schizophrenic i have to say the voices are almost always in your head.love the vids sir!
I really enjoyed this, great job Kevin and Kudos to Simon for getting them all correct.
I seem to love all the 'projects' etc you get yourself into. Well done Simon. If I may suggest yet another series: "Friends; Who Needs 'Em" ...about "good ideas and young peer deaths". & Well done to all..
Absolutely loved this. Definitely want to see more. More please Kevin and Simon.
Ohmygosh, what a great episode!! I got them all correct, except that last one. I really wish it wasn’t true.
PLEASE do more of these, it was SUCH FUN!!
absolutely fabulous premise and really interesting stories, id only heard of chip chan id never heard of the others (ive never watched anime either haha so that reference went over my head too). would love to see more of this format
This was great! I'm subscribed to several of Simon's channels, and while I like them all, I have to say that this was my favorite video from any of them in a while. Nicely done!!
This was my favorite Simon episode in months. Absolutely loved every bit of it!
I absolutely loved this!! Thanks Kevin and Simon keep whistlin
This was awesome Kevin! Reminds me of Beyond Belief Fact or Fiction, but Simon's cold read makes it much better!
This was so fun. I enjoy all your channels and really liked how this all played out . I'd like to see more like this if for no other reason than to give poor Danny another chance at freedom
BRAVO MATE...BRAVO - I just realized this is 2yrs old but damn man...more of these. This is one of the best Whistler’s EVER. It was genuinely excited ng to play along and to experience the "creepy" w/Simon.
This was absolutely brilliant definitely want more like this
This is just brilliant, Kevin and Simon.. Keep them coming..
This was absolutely one of the best episodes of any of your channels that I have seen I love your work Simon and to all of your riders that you keep in your dungeon/basement keep up the good work queens make more videos like this
This was really fun! I love internet mysteries, and this format was a great tool to remind people to not believe every story they hear.
And great job, Simon, for getting 5/5!
This was soooo fun! Kevin is a riot!
Thanks, I think so too!
Brilliant! Absolutely love the format, and look forward to more 😊
I love that Simon genuinely enjoys these game-format videos, especially because I love them too! It's great to see him excited 😍
I don’t normally get scared of movies or anything but I’m totally with you Simon, the ring was the only film that has ever really scared me, I was up for three days, I was at tween ager at the time but I had previously watched similar movies and they hadn’t affected me
