Only 8min in and perfect timing. It's been a Hollywood horror movie for the last 5 years of my life. I've asked for help in a million ways; even put out a couple documentaries hoping to bring attention to the situation. Recently I was like I'm done. I'm not asking the world for help I'm putting it all on God. Deactivated my social medias and decided that any adverse thought or emotion I go to Christ and not anyone else. Period. The second I took a step in that decision I've been flooded by peace. And I'm so happy. I am so certain God is about to move. That He was just waiting for me to be like ok I'm done you do it.
Not even 10 mins in and This is my husband to a T. He has the worst things happen to him over and over again. He keeps asking why, “why does this happen to me. I’m a good person” it’s really hard to watch and he’s such a good man. He follows God and does everything right.
Powerful lesson learnt this month : 'You have to Validate yourself' .Many many people out there are never going to validate you or your needs. We are living in a very Narcisistic World thats a hard pill to swallow.
I agree, but I like framing it more like this: "Find all the validation you need in God's love for you." Because you'd have to be delusional or narcissistic to validate yourself completely all the time -- that's just not possible. But losing your need for external validation because you're only concerned with pleasing God? Entirely possible.
This was soo good: "Discouragement reveals a faulty agreement." The biggest example I've seen of this principle in my life is with People. I've expected things from people I shouldn't have and when they didn't deliver, I was disappointed, instead of seeing them for what/who they really were; I would've avoided/dodged the disappointment.
Yes please keep talking business! It applies to all areas! I realized the real power of the psalms too during extreme spiritual warfare which was also manifested as abuse irl and truly thought i might pass but clinging to singing and praying the psalms helped to break that cycle. That's the power of being willing to be in prison. Years ago, I was unemployed, and the bank was about to take away my home. Then one night I said to God that I'm going to give away the house to my brother (who could make the payments) Because I needed to serve Him more than anything this world could offer me. Within weeks, the debt was paid in full.

I've been shot through the neck and was paralyzed from the neck down. I regained the function of my legs and right arm but v my left side resembles a stroke. I then broke my neck in 5 places falling down a flight of stairs. My wife brought her boyfriend over to my house and she continues to cheat on me. I wanted to take my life but its not mine to take. It's God's plan i guess to wake me up before its to late. I've just adopted a victim mindset. I'm not alone and i would like to chat with anyone who can give me guidance. Been watching your channel for a while now and one thing you have said in other videos is a good speaker in this genre makes you want to get closer to Christ and I have definitely seen videos where you are interviewing people that were very deep and spiritual. However, when it’s just you, the level of humility is NOT there. Humility is of utmost importance. I say that because you talk about being rich often and that is the opposite of humility and really the opposite of kingdoms speech. Jesus definitely was the most rich man in history-yet he felt no need to ever assert his ownership of ALL over anyone at any single point in time. It was irrelevant to him. The pride in really pushing me away from anything you say in your episodes that do not feature someone who is a guest.
I am still trying to figure out if you are a Christian because at 21:52 ... sounds kind of disrespectful to God to be dismissive of Him. Just not used to that . .. maybe it's the religious training I had. Yes, we can get mad at God and some scream in agony and it's ok because it's a relationship ..not just doing "works" you're right. It COULD BE fact that you could be carrying a dis--ease....but TRUTH is CHRIST died and overcame all death and disease.....dr. says.....but Christ IS my Life........takes firm standingand consistancy.....sometimes quite a duration of time

Been watching your channel for a while now and one thing you have said in other videos is a good speaker in this genre makes you want to get closer to Christ and I have definitely seen videos where you are interviewing people that were very deep and spiritual. However, when it’s just you, the level of humility is NOT there. Humility is of utmost importance. I say that because you talk about being rich often and that is the opposite of humility and really the opposite of kingdoms speech. Jesus definitely was the most rich man in history-yet he felt no need to ever assert his ownership of ALL over anyone at any single point in time. It was irrelevant to him. The pride in really pushing me away from anything you say in your episodes that do not feature someone who is a guest.
I am still trying to figure out if you are a Christian because at 21:52 ... sounds kind of disrespectful to God to be dismissive of Him. Just not used to that . .. maybe it's the religious training I had. Yes, we can get mad at God and some scream in agony and it's ok because it's a relationship ..not just doing "works" you're right. As long as you don't say something against the Holy Spirit. Amen 💜

@@TaylorAWelch I will read David. I like your interpretation. I tell God I love him all day long. Through prayer we healed a coworker's throat cancer in Florida and my Mom when she stopped breathing in the hospital several times.

So good 🤌🏼 - I’ve literally just been through a cancer op and now chemo.. and if it wasn’t for a real relationship with God, and being a faith guy. I’d be lost, depressed, blaming the God and the world for everything. Everything works together for those who Love God. Not just info knowing, but a revelatory encounter with Jesus sets you up for life and even death ❤️
