The knowledge I gain from these videos are so precious. Each time I’ve gone to league I’ve done so much better.

Great video as always. Clean up crew for the win !

Thank you for the videos with Mark and sharing these lessons. I've learned a lot from these videos and I enjoy the work you put into them.
I wish there were bowling clinics or training centers in Illinois.
Thank you so much, I am glad you're enjoying and learning from them
Love mark baker. Would love to work w him. Bought his book a few days ago and I’m mad excited to implement his techniques in my training regime. Bowling fa life!!
Awesome. We love Mark, hes a good guy, and he is a great coach. He can spot our flaws so fast, and he knows how to get you to understand exactly what you are doing wrong, so you know how to actually correct it.
@@TheCleanUpCrew300 how helpful has the baker box been?
Man, we need a training center like this on the east coast!
West Pac is the best. This center paired with Marks coaching is a perfect place to learn and grow your game.
@@TheCleanUpCrew300 I can tell. He knows what he knows and that's that!
Belmo does bend almost parallel to the floor (although not as low as simo) when he releases but he does lifts or goes up immediately after rolling the ball, not stay almost parallel to the floor like simo...
Hey Mark, how can I set up a lesson? I haven't been hearing back from e-mails or calls. I can go anywhere in so-cal. Let me know!
Email us your info at cleanupcrewbowling@gmail.com and we will make sure Mark knows you reached out and to contact you back.
Need some lefty's on the Crew!
We are actually arranging a special guest lefty who is an underground legend
How heavy of a ball should you bowl with? I’ve heard you want to bowl with the heaviest ball you can control. But I feel a 14 pounder is kinda heavy. I was thinking going down to a 12. I’m 5’5” and 185 pounds.
I was always told 10% of your body weight up to 165 as a general rule. We all use 15 lb balls, but we are all pretty big guys. Some of our smaller friends throw 12 and 13 lbs. It's really about what works for you. If 12 is your sweet spot, go for it. Just practice and make it work. The goal is to have fun, and like Mark says, the ball that's easiest for you to get down the lane and hook in the right spot is the right ball for you.
@@TheCleanUpCrew300 thanks for all the great knowledge y’all are passing down! Will try a 12 and see how it rolls. Really appreciate it
No matter how you bowl, it's still all about reading the lane and accuracy
Don’t ignore your non ball hand when discussing staying under the ball for a 2H.
You may be starting with fingers too far apart or they may move apart throughout the swing.
No thumb ftw 🤙
Maybe there is something this 2 handed bowling technique.
Whatever works for you
whats going on with the ceiling, see water damage. hopefully your lanes will be ok, my grandparents owned a bowling alley when i was younger with a restaurant above it and leaks and spills would make it way down on the lanes, and would mess up lanes. probably a good idea not to have a restaurant above a bowling alley lol.
Yeah, that's an old roof tile, no problems to worry about. Its southern California, so you dont find leaks until it rains a bunch, but that got fixed
