I had the best Thanksgiving. It's been hard the last 8 years because we lost our daughter, bit this year I truly enjoyed myself. I was able to make her favorite pie which is my husband's favorite too. The first time I made it in 8 years. I guess this year just made me remember to appreciate the family I have here and I know I will see her again one day. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

My parents are sick with Covid this year so we had to cancel thanksgiving 😩. I work in the medical field taking care of Covid patients and this year has been so trying and exhausting I’m ready for a bright new year.
I’m sorry your parents are sick ! Unfortunately because you can’t force a lockdown , everyone will travel and this will continue to spread more and more. Just wait until Christmas. If people would just be self(less) and stay within their own family unit for the holidays we maybe could turn this situation around sooner. People don’t take care. Or don’t think it’s real. Think of others and how many children who are in foster care or love with people over 60.. guys .. humans all need to take. Good hrs look in the mirror and ask themselves are they personally doing every thing that they can do, to HELP not spread this “germ” anymore. I can say do. I couldn’t live with myself if I gave my Mom Or dad covid19 (I have a Friend who gave it to her elderly parents) Just THINK long and HARD folks... please! Be more emphatic.

Thankful, grateful, blessed!!! Homemade cranberry sauce is a revelation! Yum! I grew up with the canned stuff which was good, but this is a whole other level of yumminess! We usually have a big crowd but stayed at home this year and made the whole dinner myself... first time ever. LOTS of leftovers... ha ha ha... I don't know how to cook for just a few!

I spent the day alone. It made me miss my Mom (she's been gone for 15 years) and my Dad (2 years) but I also had some good memories of Thanksgiving. I put a smoked turkey breast in the crock-pot and made a green bean casserole. and had a piece of sweet potato pie.
Take you for coming out with a video hopefully this will help I got diagnosed with covid on Tuesday and now my husband And two Out of 3 kids are displaying Symptoms This is so difficult. Please pray

I'm glad you were able to have a family gathering. In Canada we had our Thanksgiving about 6 weeks ago. Favorite dish; not sure. Turkey, mashed potatoes, veggies, cranberry sauce, and a pumpkin dessert(not always pie, sometimes custard) are the typical food. And right now where I am, no outside-of-home gatherings are allowed

My sweet potato casserole everyone has me make it every year for Easter and Thanksgiving and Christmas. 😆 🤣 guess they like it been making it over 40 years. And gree bean casserole bring it too.in fact I usually make everything when my kids were younger now we have a big family I still make alot but everyone brings a side dish or dessert. 11 grandkids and the older ones boyfriend's and my son in laws and several neighbors we usually have 30-40 people this year we had one the week before Thanksgiving at my cousins house then on Thanksgiving I went to one of my daughters there was only 4 for Thanksgiving day and 6 at my cousins house alot different from our usual Thanksgiving that's for sure but talked to everyone so least got to hear everyone Thank goodness for Technology. Back when my kids were little if something happened like it is now we would of been so bad.
This feels so strange, seeing different households gathering together. We all did Thanksgiving alone ‘cause our numbers are so high. I don’t know what the truth is about this virus, but I’m erring on the side of caution. I’m torn because I love seeing you three, and I’m also wondering when this will end.
