Can i ask something, do you see the vales on the bottom what way are they meant to be turned on, my one was messed with and I believe left and right are water and meddle one is gas are they turned left or right ??
Firstly 1.5 psi is incorrect it should be 1 to 1.5Bar . 1.5psi is about 0.1Bar and too low. The sludge drain is a condensate drain and the condensate is part of the flue and should only be touched by a competant qualified Gas Safe Engineer. It is an offence to even remove the casing when not qualified as you can see in yours that there is a seal around the internal compartment. Secondly as the pressure was ok before you started ( in the green zone)it won't cause the boiler to not work anywhere in the green Zone on a Worcester Bosch is good and will raise when the boiler fires. Based on the video I assume you are not Gas Safe registered
