So glad you know your worth! I definitely think EPIK is not a long term thing esp if you didn’t actually go to school for teaching. It’s a good less stressful way to get your foot into korean life
Thank you for being so transparent 😍. How did you learn Korean 🙆 you sound really good. Also, do you recommend learning to read and write first then speak or ?
I learned mostly from RUclips and watching K-Dramas hehe. I’d definitely recommend learning to read and write first. It will do wonders for your pronunciation 💖
Hi honey thank you for this video. 💜💙❤💚🧡 we appreciate your info . I'm still in SA and getting my documents ready to leave . But I'm so worried 😔 Every RUclipsrs page seems to end with a quit my job . It starts of with videos like Leaving SA Quarantine video Orientation Vlogs And I quite my job😟
@@sweetness.shongwe6612 I've got 5 more months to finish my studies. Everyone has a different experience. Just pray for a good director, colleagues and school , and friends .
I think, like many have said in their videos, we ought to touch on both ends of the stick i.e. the good and the bad, in this case the good and the baf aspects of living abroad. Remember you are on your own amd that takes toll of your mental health etc and one needs to able to take care of such... Some people find it a bit steep to adjust to a new environment and cultures...
Hey Kay … yeah dude, it’s been a MINUTE! Glad you’re all good and thank you for the honest review of how things were within the teaching space and your personal experience Question: 1. Considering your current location, do you reckon that your proficiency in Korean (and already being in SK) helped you land your current gig? 2. Where to from here in terms of YT ? All the best for the future 🥳
Hey hey ☺️ 1. Those were definitely two huge factors that helped with my job. It’s a lot harder to get non-teaching jobs from outside of Korea (from what I’ve heard) 2. I’m planning to focus more on TikTok because the platform seems to be paying off more for me. However, I’ll always share my life and what I think is helpful on YT. I’ll still be uploading but not as frequently (just when I have time) Thank you so much 💜
