    For the differentials for red eye @ 9:46 I was wondering why you didn’t include scleritis/episcleritjs and both come with painful red eyes that may or may not blanch on phenylepinephrine, what do you say sir?

      Yeah these are a major pain in the you-know-what. You can try a patch (like a pirate patch). For some reason kids seem to do better with them. Not sure why. Unfortunately it just has to run its course. Just make sure he’s not rubbing at it all the time. The eye needs to be left alone to heal. :-)

    How long should severe abrasion last for, been two weeks, still sensitive, full eyesight has not returned..thanks..
