I got one of the first main stream cell phones back in the late 90s and had one ever cents and I remember back then a lot of people were skeptical, saying no one knows the effects of cell phone usage over the course of 50 years. We are about 30 years into that study and we are the guinea pigs.

We can say for sure that any EM radiation in the visible range or below definitely can't cause DNA damage and therefore cancer, it's basically just physically impossible, however it is true that the human body is a delicate biological system, while the power delivered to your body from RF/microwave signals is incredibly weak, it is true that we really don't know if something so weak could actually have an impact on certain biological systems, I suppose we'll have to wait until we have more advanced simulating software to answer that question.
