“Documentation Speaks Louder than Words” will review current documentation requirements, share work order documentation practices, and help participants justify why documentation should be a key focus for their organization. The session will be presented by L. Holly Kollman, lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Maggie Berkey, CBET, biomedical equipment specialist at Bio-Electronics, and Colleen Haugen-Ortiz, CBET, healthcare technology management quality specialist at GE Healthcare.
