    What has been working for me so far
    * Drink water
    * Plan (actions, words, reactions, etc) ahead
    * Whatever is that you need to do PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, best way to enhance self confidence
    *Arrive wherever you need to be at, at least 30 mins before
    * Smile no matter what

    Hi Jodi! I recently have not been feeling good due to anxiety. Honestly speaking it just started this year. I am 28 and is a crazy feeling! Never experienced anything like this before. Thank you for your videos. I am understanding how anxiety can trigger your body to go in different stages. One of your videos helped me calm down a lot. I will keep practicing these techniques!!! Keep it up!

    I have a few ideas. One is to maybe change some of the music and movies we listen too. Some music and movies and make us sad, and trigger us to have these feelings. My suggestion for music is technomind. They play some very relaxing music. Another is Joe baker. He makes nature sounds. People should watch other movies that are comical. It may seem corkey, but Charlie Brown Christmas is one of my favorites. People should try this.

    A way to reduce anxiety is by getting dristracted with something. And that will stop anxiety for a while. But keep on getting dristracted. I have a lot of anxiety but i just do that to calm myself

    I like your video it made me smile and laugh some of the things you were saying. I’m still struggling with fear and anxiety my body been triggering a lot due to stress as well

    I control my anxiety, to 0% but it takes second for that negative thoughts to come in my head, son I neeed to know how to replace it with positive ones

    Today is my first day at work my training sucked so now I feel like idk how im going to go threw day without messing up my anxiety is going crazy right now hate this feelings :/

    Hi Jodi the only thing that is helping me is your videos and I cannot wait til sept 6 2018 because I signed up for you to work with me... I tried so hard yesterday and wanted to break in DBT I am so afraid of the clinic and different medications it unreal that I am getting sick. I just wish i could give a person a hug it not possible when my parents are gone and dead both. And top it off my sister doesn't even know me it like I do not know what it like to be loved because my pa would abuse me by throwing me against walls and each therapist i been through told me i am the cause of the problem of divorce it just hurts after my parents split they never said I love you or nothing i realize it and use dbt on me doesnt work i felt the anxiety so bad i wanted to leave it every Tuesday due to having a case manger i am not sure she gets it being different when i dont get one phone call or nothing not even from family even go bk to jr high years i was so upset my pa never said i love you but i always turn around and love no matter what. It just hurts cuz my boundaries been attacked everything i dont have one person that comes around very reserved and i am stigmatized the rest of my life... U ever read the child called it that how i grew up when my parents did not want me

    I know i'm late on this but I'm gonna explain to you my story it might be hard to understand if your not in the same situation , I am a very curios person I usually do research on people before my time i'm 10 yrs old usually when I find things like drug addiction and things of these sorts I start getting very nervous and scared when its time to go to sleep I panic and usually my eyes won't shut until 2:00am I have to get up bright and early for school the next day so I'm not getting any rest at all , at night time I usually understand that's its all in my brain but I can't help but be worried I have absolutely no clue what to do if you ever see this can you give me some answers??

    Hello, I suffer with death and children anxiety. I am afraid of dying one day, I love my life. How do I stop this fear. My brain is on constant fire
