Tried making these today. They turned out to be so damn amazing. I used an idli steamer and muffins cups made of aluminium to make these. They turned out to be super super soft and absolutely YUMMY. I followed the same recipe but just added 1 tsp extra sugar in both the chocolate batter and the normal batter each.
This turned out to be delicious!!! I used coffee powder instead of cocoa and one egg instead not curd., But it was so spongy and nice. The sugar was perfect for me as I eat it less, but of anyone has a real sweet tooth then add 3/4 cup sugar

Yaar, mat dekhao. Everything on RUclips always seems so easy. When I attempt it, it turns out to be...tennis balls, baseballs, basketballs....all the hard balls but nothing spongy or soft.
@@geethasuba2009 not at all... I always bake without water or salt at the bottom still it's perfect...just make sure to place a wires rack or a stand to place the tin and preheat minimum 15mins by covering with a lid ahead of baking
