  • Adding H&R Front/Rear spacers to get rid of the OEM wheel gap. These are 20mm and hub centric, these are high quality and H&R doesn't disappoint. This definitely fixed the wheel gap and now it is more on point, looks sporty just the way it should have looked from the factory. Thanks for watching, trying to upload once a week and become a more consistent content creator for the G and Z platform. See you at the next, take care and have a good one everyone.

    on stock nismo suspension can u run a 20mm without rub bc i don’t have my finders rolled or anything

    • @MemosGarageAZ
      @MemosGarageAZ  Год назад

      Have you looked online to see what the height differences is between a 370z touring vs a mismo model? All I could find was the Nismo is about .6" lower but not 100% sure. Also are the Nismo wheels the same spec as the 19" Rays F&R? As well as tires? In my case with the 19" Rays 19x9 (front), 19x10 (rear), Tire Size: 245/40/19 (front), 275/35/19 (rear), Wheel Offset: +47 (front), +30 (rear) and 20mm spacers all around, If I was to lower the car about .5-.6" I think I wouldn't rub at the front for sure, the rears might be close though. Installing BC Racing Coilovers soon, so we'll see how that goes.

    Hello! Any thoughts on 30MM in the rear? I ordered that size then saw this video. I’m on stock suspension base with 18” wheels. I need to close that gap as much as possible until I get aftermarket wheels.

      Hello, sorry for the late response, have crazy holiday stuff going on right now 😀😁. I guess it all depends on what your wheel width, offset and tire size is. Below is my wheel and tire info:
      "Wheel Size: 19x9 (front), 19x10 (rear)
      Wheel Offset: F: +47 (+27 with 20mm spacers), R: +30 (+10 with 20mm spacers)
      Tire Size: 245/40/19 (front), 275/35/19 (rear)"
      With the 20mm spacers it still looks like going 25mm I would have been okay. If I would have gone 30mm I think once I lowered the Z I probably would have rubbed unless I got new tires and stretched them. Not sure if that helps, thanks for watching 😀.

    What fluid did you spray on to clean the surface?

    • @MemosGarageAZ
      @MemosGarageAZ  3 месяца назад

      Looks like I used some type of brake cleaner, but I should have used some kind of rust removing fluid, degreaser or at minimum dish wash soap diluted with water.

    I have a 2015 qx50 it also has stock 19s how would I judge spacer size would 20m work the same for me ? I’ll be dropping them on springs until the day I don’t have to use spacers and can get a better setup

    • @MemosGarageAZ
      @MemosGarageAZ  2 года назад +2

      You'll have to do some research and find out what's a perfect fitment 19" wheel offset (same tire size as your current set-up if possible) for your car. Once you have that you'll also need to find out what your current wheel offset is and with all the info you should be able to figure out what size spacers you would need. Hope that helps, good luck.
