Imagine a survival horror game that’s set in the coma of a person.
This person is mark and also fully voiced by him.
You run away from some monsters for one half of the game, but once you enter a cutscene where they corner you, mark says these words and spawns in a shotgun or something.
Then it turns into a retro doom-esque game where you hunt them down along with a hidden mega monster and escape the coma

Maybe having a smart death mechanic that ties into the lore. Like if the player dies and loses while trying to hunt said demons, it's made clear that this never happened or something. I dont know im not creative enough
