This is....very chaotic on baking the first time I tried to bake an egg I ended up finding out one of the eggs gone bad so I know how it feels. You are trying your best it's an amazing experience in cooking looking forward to your videos, from more and beyond.
im a baker the reason why they cracked is because you didn't set them out long enough it needs to feel dry to the touch and leathery and shouldn't feel moist at all i leave mine out for 1 hour minimum so the crust forms also for a beginner baker you should get the mats that have grooves to stop the batter from spreading it helps if you made your batter too loose

I am a little annoyed with the person that told her to add more egg white. The batter was looking fine. Adding more moisture was not the move. But let’s be honest, they probably tasted good.
