CSX & NS Freight Train Action on the Conrail Lehigh Line in the Middle of March 2024

Here was another video of the road freight train action I managed to catch during the middle and towards the end of March. With Spring officially upon us the temperatures finally started to warm up a little, as I spent my time trackside at Piscataway, Bound Brook and South Plainfield.
Some of the interesting catches included a couple CSX heritage and "Spirit" engines, a pair of trains detouring via the Port Reading Secondary and a few different CSX Eddystone oil trains. It also featured the start of a couple CSX auto rack trains running through town, which were due to CSX's undercutting track work along the Philly Subdivision.
