By several ways: 1. Burnishing the matrix band and making sure when it is inserted there is no gap between the tooth and the neighboring tooth. If there is a gap, then burnish against the neighboring tooth. Make sure there is no gap. 2. Pre-wedging allows the teeth to slightly separate to allow the matrix band to be inserted. After completing the restoration, removing the matrix band, and removing the wedge, the teeth will go back to its original position closing any slight separation done by the wedge. 3. When finishing and polishing, NEVER insert any rotary instrument in the contact area to avoid opening the contact. If there is excess proximally remove gently with the disposable discs, needle Diamond point but you need to take care of the orientation of holding the tool. If there is overhang, remove it with a finishing strip by placing it SUBCONTACT using it in an S-motion or sawing motion to avoid opening the contact.
بوند الميناء ينضج بسرعة بينما بوند العاج يحتاج لوقت اطول ..لذلك من الافضل ننتظر بعض كيورين البوند 5 الى 10 دقائق حتى ينضج نسبة كبيرة من بوند العاج ...و هذا ما يسمى ب Decoupling with time تقوية بوند العاج و حماية الطبقة الهجينة ممكنة لو اضفنا طبقة رفيعة لا تتجاوز 1 مم من لكمبوزيت السيال ..لان مركز انكماش هذه الطبقة الرفيعة سيكون ف اتجاه مركز السن و بالتالي سيحمي اكثر البوند من الانفكاك او انه تصير له فجوة.... الكمبوزيت المعمول بالطريقة اللي في الفيديو معرض لمشكلتين اولا فجوة تحت الكمبوزيت و عودة التسوس بسبب عدم نضج بوند العاج ... و الثانية ...خطر الانكسار لعدم استعمال كمبوزيت بديل للعاج ...بالك فيل او فاراكس او اي شيء اخر .... نقطة اخيرة ...هي ان شطب الميناء مهم في البروكسمال .... ماعدا ذلك .. كل شيء بارفكت...يعطيك الصحة
