    Nice video. Do you know why our Knowledgebase would not be populating our articles when we are viewing a ticket? "No Knowledge Base found"

    when an agent submits a ticket how can they see their own ticket? basically I want to use this for cross departmental use. Accounting sending tickets to Sales team... which accounting team can not see
