    Great looking pizza, what's the size of the pizza pan you used and where was the pizza positioned in your oven, at the top/middle/bottom rack?

      pan size is 14 in or 35 cm. I cook my pizza on the bottom rack 👍🏻 please note, this dough recipe makes two large pizzas.

    NY style is thinner... this is well, say hell to Chicago deep pizza.
    Next time, cook the dough for a few minute, take it out of oven, switch from baking mode to broil, then spread your cheese on top and put back in there. That way you can avoid burning of the cheese.

    How about some weight measures? Not all cups are the same size.

      I'm using the standard kitchen measuring cups. cup sizes are: 1 cup, ½ cup, ⅓ cup and ¼ cup. With those four cup sizes you can measure ingredients for any recipe!! Thank you.

      @@FiveStarRecipes US and UK cup sizes are NOT the same. There is a variation of about 30gms per cup. Enough to make a difference when baking any dough. Weights are far more accurate.But if you dont want to answer my question, no problem. I'll just scroll on by.

      3 cups flour is approximately 360 grams 1.5 cup's of water is 355 g or ml ( 1 g of water is the same as 1 ml ) the recipe measurement for water is definitely incorrect if that much water was used the hydration level for the dough would be 98.6 percent which would be almost unmanageable try using 235 g of water also mix the yeast through the flour first before adding the salt then the yeast and sugar or honey then the water mix for a few minutes before adding the oil because because the oil inhibits the water absorption. Making pizza dough is extremely easy.
