Is there no option for 32QAM to get 5bps/Hz???

sorry, I'm guess 5G doesn't support 32QAM

32 QAM belongs to XQAM, one of the variants of QAM.
Constellation is symmetric; 6 x 6, remove 4 constellation points at 4 corners, you get 32 QAM.
