  • In this video I will be trying out some Evapo-Rust to remove rust from the gas tank with a dent on my 1972 Yamaha LT2 and also try to get it to fire. It's missing the reed valve assembly so it may not fire.

    Good video, Flip! I've heard a bit of chain swished around in a couple of ounces of Evapo-Rust before the soak, helps. That's a cool nuts-sorting trick; I think I will try that myself. Thanks

    How do you always find these nice little bikes?
    There are YT-videos where dents in gastanks are removed by inflated bike tubes or freezed water in the fully filled tanks.
