Diet-friendly baked zucchini with yogurt❗️No frying ❌ A delicious appetizer with low calories and plenty of fiber 🫠🎯
Ingredients:
4 medium sized zucchinis
Half a tea glass olive oil
1.5 teaspoons salt (adjust your taste)
2 large cloves garlic
6-8 tablespoons yogurt
Preparation:
☞ Peel the zucchinis and cut them into half-moon shapes.
☞ Place the chopped zucchinis on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
☞ Drizzle olive oil over it. Add salt. And mix well.
☞ Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees (428 F) until it softens and absorbs some of its water.
☞ Baking time for each oven may be different. I recommend that you cook in a controlled manner.
☞ Leave the cooked zucchinis to cool.
☞ Meanwhile, put the yogurt in a large bowl.
☞ Add the garlic.
☞ You can add some salt and red pepper according to your taste.
☞ Mix the yogurt and garlic well.
☞ Add the cooled zucchinis on top. Mix it up.
