Catalina Backpacking (Two Harbors to Parson's Landing)

This was a 2-day 1-night backpacking trip from Two Harbors to Parson's Landing via the Silver Peak and Trans-Catalina trails. We stayed at campsite #7 at Parsons Landing. The loop was about 16 miles with 2,700 feet of elevation gain. Date of this trip was June 1st and 2nd, 2024.

There are no electric hookups at Parson's Landing. Just bring a power bank with you.

I miss that place, camp 1 was our spot last time.

Camp 1 looked great because it is secluded. That's my North Face Lunar light that I bought about 30 years ago, but I forgot to bring the tent part of it but it still worked out well.
