I come from a classical guitar background, they don't teach you this sort of thing. We're on a train train track of notes where technique and expression is emphasized.
Now that I'm learning acoustic and electric it's another world!

This is unbelievably great.. thanks so much for getting me out of the woods. I started playing guitar in my 60s and I do many time consuming things, like oil painting, so this got my head out of my ass some on the fundamentals with chords.
