I didn't think Lisa could top her performance of Undertow with Loah, but wow, she sure did come close! I have to listen to this one a few more times to really soak it all in. Such an amazing take on a unique song... I think I get the same overwhelming joy out of it that she gets at the end. Amazing--both the songwriting and the performance!
I think Lisa is the most underrated Irish musician ever. Herbie Hancock compared her musical choices to Miles Davis and he’s not wrong. She can really surprise you with where she takes a melody.
