I love the fact that he uploaded this when his banner disappears in like a day
he was waiting for sparkle kit release, this is mentioned in the "why so late" segment. I think it makes sense, because sparkle's kit confirms his E2 will make him the best unit in the game by a lot

im f2p, meaning don't even buy welkin and bp. i have E2 dhil and his signature, and a bunch of other 5 star and about to get sparkle for my dhil. the game has been so generous with jades i hope hoyo keep that up.
this game is 100% easy for f2p as long as we pick all the correct units and build the right teams.
One of the main benefits of having Dan IL is the Propagation path. That path is literally made for him.

DHIL @ E0S1 is the 1st character i hit big numbers (well slightly over 300K worth of damages on propagation path) with. Woes of being a semi F2P player 🥹
Faster yes. But fun is subjective. I prefer DoT team with Nihility cause seeing monster dying left and right from tons of DoT is so eye pleasing

@@xkaroxyt yeah but doesnt have a turn manipulation unlike e2 lunae its just a more optimal team setup by just using 1 nihility instead of 2 so you can run a bronya or sprakle for more damage unlike e2 lunae which will advance his turn 100% when u ult
@@Dominicus100 it doesnt matter if dhil gets an extra turn if the end result is the same with the damage per turn ends up being the same because you get her ult faster and easier team building
and c2 Raiden is still one of the best units so keep that in mind

Personally I'm interested in an updated IL guide when we have options from Sparkle, Bronya, Ruan Mei, Yukong, Tingyun, Pela, HuoHuo and there's only 3 slots available.

Yep, especially comparing Ruan Mei with Sparkle for E2 Dhil, where the former can buff his whole combo but the latter can't.
Basically before it was DHIL, TY, HH and RM but now it probably will be DHIL, Sparkle, RM and FX. Full damage, swap FX with Bronya, but I complete everything on auto, and that sustain is just more relaxing😂

@f5fu1ww5rwithout being in this person's head I would think that value is how valuable he is in comparison to other characters, and power is how strong he is as a character in content. basically he's a very powerful character but he's not as valuable to have on a team in comparison to another dps unit.

Plus you can run a speedy yukong who will buff his second EBA whenever his ult is ready
@@whole.milk__ his second 3EBA wont get the crit buffs yes, but at least he can still get the 15% ATK and 18% (or 48% with Sparkle's ult) DMG increase on it
def fair if you have the units to access mono quantum. E6 yukong def sounds super nice to pair if you're only looking to buff his second EBA...wonder if theres a way to speedtune so both gets buffed alongside sparkle's... yukong skill right before sparkle, sparkle advances forward and eats up one bowstring, fully buffed EBA from dhil into burst, then yukong burst to extend roaring bowstrings for second EBA. I might be missing something but yeah. Feels weird leaving out E6 Tingyun though, feel like she's still WAY too good for E2 dhil.@@niigolover
At e2 his bis is ruan mei. But sparkle is still a close second. il e2 feel like a different unit
I honestly kind of like how grabbing e2 is actually a realistic and viable scenario for even f2p players given that hoyo is giving so many free pulls when compared to other games. Even if you can't grab 3 copies in one banner run, it is like a long term investment,
I got 36 stars with E2 DHIL for fiction and true he bypasses the weaknesses, he's amazing lol

The real analysis that we need is how good is e0 inbibitor + sparkle ( swapped current 1 buffer like TY, etc) with LC (danil lc or sparkle lc) or even E1 sparkle vs E2 inbibitor lunae with f2p lightcone and current buffer unit
its like comparing 3 limited unit / LC with 3 Danil, which is the best value for the account and how big is the power difference
got him on his first banner, got his lc on his rerun in 1 pull, got sparkle, getting acheron, getting IL e2 on his 2nd rerun
I did the bad(?) move and pulled for E0 cooler Dan Heng to pair him up with Sparkle. I'll just get his Eidolons slow and steady.

Truly the best way to enjoy Sparkle + IL. No extra turn that goes unbuffed to worry about.
As someone who has e3s1 DHIL, I can tell you that pulling his lightcone is worth it if you have e2. According to calculation, DHIL needs about 3 or 4 turns to fully generate his energy but if you have his LC it's guarantee on 3 turns. You can actually do some cool rotation like this:
(3BA - Ult - 3BA) - Ally Turn - 3BA - Ally Turn - (3BA - Ult - 3BA).... etc.
So yeah, his LC works better if you have e2.
E2S1 DHIL 1s guaranteed 2 turn ulitimate even without Tingyun
Turn 1 = (3BA - Ult - 3BA)
Turn 2 = (3BA)
Turn 3 = (3BA - Ult - 3BA)
Turn 4 = (3BA)

His lightcone is luxury, getting Hanabi right now is much more important tem +12% of energy recharge. You all will regret when Robin release and you don't have Bronya E1 + Hanabi to team up with her and DHIL E2.

Got e2 lunae so I can concentrate on getting sparkle
Just getting my E0 DHIL few days ago. IMO, DHIL is much better than Ratio, even at E0, especially in 2 elites or AoE scenario that you can find it in ALL MoC stages.I find that SP managements are far easier and more consistent than setting up debuffs for Ratio (especially if you relies on Pela debuffs), except you want to slot Bronya for DHIL comps.
Yeah, I do agree that the most important of DHIL sign LC is those 12% ERR stats, it makes faster ult, means more SP for BA3 DHIL

As much as I want E2 DHIL, I will pull for Sparkle E0 first to complete the set because Bronya is very much occupied in one team with Jingliu and I need another turn manipulation character for my 2nd. Then, I will definitely save for DHIL E2. No pulls until then, full save. Acheron be damned if I can brute force anything with him. :)
I'm looking forward to Dual DPS Clara with Sparkle.
It isn't stated anywhere that her skill only works on one target, so Sparkle can theoretically buff multiple characters at once if she's fast enough & if one of your Dual DPS (or both DPS) is slow enough.
Super interested about this idea. Not entirely sure if her skill can work simultaneously on multiple targets or if they get overriden, but may very well work. I'm imagining a daul DPS team where you can run a slow clara (as usual) alongside even a slow Topaz, so they can make the most of the buffs.
I runned DHIL with Clara, works like a charm managed to get MOC 10 3 star before the MOC floor 12 update. It's very viable, especially if you have Clara only do basic attacks.
e2 DHIL was the best investment ive ever made. with sparkle he's gonna destroy everyone

As a certified crazy person I use hypercarry e0 dr ratio team along with silverwolf to make him somewhat weakness universal in moc. Whilst using hypercarry e0 dhil who can conveniently brute force his way through moc.
The reason I pulled for IL is because I was salty over not getting him when his banner first came out, and I only started playing the game because I wanted to pull for him. When I heard his rerun was happening, I planned on getting E2, but I ended up losing the 50/50 (frickin’ Himeko) and lost all hope of even getting him to E2.
Dhil with right built is on par or even stronger than JL dps wise but value wise JL would still come on top

I got E0 randomly even tho i just wanted more Guinaifen Eidolon's and today i got lucky and his LC after farming Quests like crazy. It came early at like 35 pity and i won the 50 50 too. I really really like him.
That being said i think Sparkle would be more important so i won't go for E1 or D2. Perhaps on his next Rerun tho we'll see. I can already beat everything so i rather go for more variety than just damage

Tbh I really agree with your opinion about your opinion on Ratio being able to defeat the 2 bosses lineup really really fast, and that's why I'm kinda have a doubt. It feels like my IL is underperforming and that's kinda makes me sad since my luck is pretty awful in this game. (I spent 151 pulls for IL and I'm an f2p)
Also with Aventurine and Harmony MC coming out, they seem to have better synergy with Ratio and have the ability to shred any weak to imaginary enemies' toughness really quick too.
For future investment, in your opinion, should I save for 'Ratio's signature LC and Topaz/Aventurine' or '2 eidolons of IL'?
rlly happy couse i lucked out the first time DHIL was on banner and accidentally got his E1, so on his rerun i said fuck it, staying at E1 would be a massive waste so i went for the E2 and got it in like 30 pity, im so happy about this couse now i can guarantee myself a sparkle

as someone who got daniel while going for c6 Tingyun, my Ratio is still at lvl 1 lol, besides Seele, every other hunt unit seems trash and daniel's E2 is basically like getting Raiden's c2 in genshin; you fnish the game and the credits roll so thats a cool long therm goal to have ngl.
I got his E1 not long ago for trying to make work the warp tracker (ps: it didn't work) so i am farming everything in the game to try to get that E2 but man its hard and so little time.

If you're looking for a better imaginary DPS, yes, he is better (because he hits 3 targets at once) and also easier to use than Dr. Ratio. Just provide him with SP positive supports and spam his 3EBA nuke.
I've only picked up e0 Dan IL this patch and I've already almost fully leveled his traces, is Ratio really that much better? would hate to waste more resources building ratio from level 1
Ratio isn't necessarily better, just that he is free (huge bonus) and their damage at E0 is comparable to each other considering that. Since you're already building E0 Lunae, I would say to just keep using him unless you want to make a FuA team around Ratio in the future.

I just got E2 Lunae. I Sacrificing to skip Sparkle and Acheron. But Luckily I win 50/50 2 times with 1 of them was a low pity.
I still have 5k jades, and guys, REALLY you'll never regret pulling for E2 Lunae. I just kill all the elite in 1 combo (aprx dmg 620k+ / combo) and being more SP friendly. Just pull for him if you like him
If you're unsure of who to pull on, always bet on e2 Lunae

@@albanthedemonking1076 she already have full kit leaks. ult scale 608% and increased to 950%+ with 2 nihility
2nd eidolon reduce requirement to 1 nihility, allowing an added harmony in the team, gaining access to overpowered supports like bronya, ruan mei. she already doing IL dmg when both of them at E0 when IL using hypercarry team. at E2 with the help of bronya or ruan mei she can easily outperform
@@albanthedemonking1076 as for where the whole "she doing IL dmg" comes from, check out kazjire for full in depth details of calculation. he even provided sheet for reading. but her kit already speaks for herself: 20% all type shred, 60% total dmg increase (seperate calculation done after added ele % dmg bonus, dmg bonus% from bronya etc). but again if don't believe me check kazjire for calculation or just look at leak gameplay with E2S0 or E0S1 for preferance of her dmg

For a new player, would be better to pull for E2 dhil or use those wishes to get more units to fill out the two teams ?
The fact that he can bruteforce one side seems really appealing even if I'll have to cope with 4* supports and sustains longer but idk.
IMO i would get more unit to unlock more compotition, and ofc u need 2 team minimum. U need sup u need sustain so more unit is better for new player

I have started playing not long ago so I don't have Ruan Mei or Bronya but I got IL E0 and I have Ratio of course. Should I go for Sparkle or only get Sparkle once I have him E2? Also I am running him on the fall of aeon lightcone. I forgot to mention that I got Black Swan but lost on Kafka so I def want a Kafka Black Swan team and am unsure whether I should invest more Stellar Jade in a DHIL team.
If you plan on maining DHIL, get him e2, he falls off bad at e0, still good, just not great. Don't misunderstand tho, I wouldn't skip Sparkle at all. She is futureproof, full stop. If you have to choose, I'd go for Sparkle, since a lot of strong DPS units are coming. And Sparkle will make both e0 and e2 DHIL stronger so it's a win-win.

I can argue that you don't entirely need E2 Inbibitor Lunae if you have Sparkle and Bronya. You can brute force everything in the game if you have a really good Lunae build especially since you prioritize on getting Sparkle's ultimate ie while using Past/Cogs S5 er rope, wind set, you can pretty much guarantee a three turn ultimate. And with Hanya, E1/S1 Bronya you have plenty skill points where you can brute force everything in the game and not worry about sustaining.
You dont need any eidolons to be fair. Im f2p and play since october. I can clear anything in this game easily even moc 36 star. I dont have a single 5* eidolon, never pulled for lightcones. If you prefer eidolons because its more fun, thats cool. For me new units have better value.
@@isaac-p6126 Exactly and if you use Sparkle with the build I mentioned and action advance, speed buffer characters, you pretty much don't need E2 DHIL even with Aeon he can still perform really well granted if you have his crit ratio balanced with it

Depends on how much jades you have. Personally go for Sparkle only, no need for his sig since he can use Aeon s5 (unless someone else use it).
For E0S0 IL, Sparkle > his sig.

New player from day 1 genshin player, just join HSR because saw IL showcase, the funny part after is i dont pull him 😂 instead i pull BS n her LC yet i dont have Kafka or even E4 Sampo, it definitly feel redundant because Dr Ratio that has crazy huge scaling is a free unit. Although i knew the racist lunatic gremlin is coming, still dont pull him even my Tickets is enough. Another reason is gacha gremlin is exist n according to the latest info, she will be in the same banner with Sparkle, ntm the passive buff for quantum team.
Speaking of witch, i pull BS because i wonder if BS ult proc 3 DoT requirement for DPS that using Prisoner Deep Relic set. If so then that set would be better compare to Quantum Set + SW.

I think IL kinda fell behind other dps's. e2 IL however is a different story, it's almost safe to say its a whole new character.
Pretty sure only person who he falls behind is JL, and that's not too by a long shot, if I ain't wrong IL still does somewhat more damage than JL, but isn't sp friendly, I don't think any other dps comes close to him.
Nope lol. JL "feels" better than DHIL is because DHIL is very strict with SP consumptions, but dmg-wise DHIL is still slightly better than JL, even at E0S1. E2 DHIL is just stomp everyone to the ground, even if they have their E6.
And about "other dps's" as you mentioned, I'm sorry mate, they're not even close to DHIL/JL. You're coping if DHIL is "kinda" fell behind someone like Seele or Blade or JY.

Tbh, I'm personally skipping Sparkle just because I already have E1S1 RM and Bronya. Even if you don't their Edilions, I don't think she's worth to pull atm (If you have both RM and Bronya). Unless your running a mono or DHILL. Besides that I don't really see that she's a must pull but more so a luxury if you do deside to pull for her.
If it's for QQ or DHIL, yes but she is not necessary. My current DHIL is enough with duo battery TY+HH, but still gonna pull Sparkle anyway

As advice from a main e2 DHIL, I wouldn't go for his e2, he is amazing, he is my main since his first banner, but Ratio already being the better e0 and indeed the new units coming, I'd save your gems. e2 isn't a must have, it's flavour, he is ridiculously OP, but at what cost seeing the next banners. was hoping you'd address the limited synergy of E2 DHIL with Sparkle since she can't buff his whole E2 combo, would vv much appreciate your thoughts on this... I've heard from some people that Ruan Mei > Sparkle for E2 DHIL and it kinda stumped me.

Everything is fine but I don’t agree with ratio is similar E0 IL ratio is only viable if there are 2 enemy, I have both the characters at easy and I do believe Dan IL is better for this MOC. I don’t think pulling for idelons is a smart move. More characters are always better than one powerful character but that just my opinion

I got dhil and his lightcone, just started playing and I had to go to pity twice on dhil and pity on light cone, no way in hell am I ever going for e2 since I am also f2p, surely this is like hyper meta talk 0 cycle stuff 😅

They'll release stronger/similar early eidolons down the line for units you don't have a free alternative for either in case you really want to go invest all your wishes into 1 character
As someone who already had E2, I went for his lightcone. I still have a lot of wishes saved for Sparkle though, otherwise I would not have dared.
