- With his 4th MVP award, the WCT6 Pan American Duke of Dodge is, amazingly - Kyle Soderman!!! He now has 3x Baron of Bolt awards and 1x Duke of Dodge, the only award missing from the collection is Knight of Flight (could this happen at the WCT6 Worlds?). Kyle was involved in the most chases (34); scored the most Evasions (11); and conceded one. In every event Kyle has competed in (apart from WCT5), he has been involved in the most chases and scored the most Evasions. Devon Strehle (captain of the eventual winners, Apex Sun) was involved in the 2nd most chases (31), scored 5 Evasions and conceded 1. He was also the athlete with the highest number of Chases as a Chaser, with 15.
Of all the athletes with a 100% tag rate at the event, newcomer Michael Fraser (MVMNTM) was involved in the most Chases as a Chaser with 12, which is extremely impressive seeing that this was his first event so looking forward to seeing him compete again in the WCT7 season (his overall stats were 28 Chases, 5 Evasions, 0 Concedes). As a side note, MVMNTM were the only new team to progress to the Quarter Finals. They now have access to a permanent Quad at their MVMNTM facility so they will definitely be a team to watch out for in the WCT7 season. Kyle’s Hollywood Freerunner teammate, Amos Rendao, was involved in the 2nd highest number of ‘Chases as a Chaser with a 100% tag rate’, with 9 (his overall stats were 19,2,0). Another very impressive newcomer was Ky Baldwin from Tempest. He scored the 2nd highest number of Evasions (9) and his overall stats were 27,9,1.
The number of permanent Quads in the Americas has grown a lot since this event so we’re very excited to see the quality of Chasing in the WCT7 season!! Until then, Keep Chasing and Don’t get Caught!

He's just so fast. He's not using the obstacles in any unique way, he's not making super athletic maneuvers, he's just racing around the outside and when you think you've cut him off, he's 10 feet ahead of you. His reactions are also on-point, he never pauses or hesitates and so many chasers seem to expect that

When I was reading the description and saw that MVMNTM got a quad, I got goosebumps. WCT7 is about to be turnt up.
Even more scary, Hollywood Freerunners just got a quad at The Wolf's Den. WCT7 is going to reach new levels.
Thanks for all the extra stats in the video description. There were a lot of excellent athletes at this event, but naming Kyle Soderman as MVP again seems pretty reasonable to me.
Kyle is the GOAT. Not only the best evader ever, but he clearly improved defensively as well. The only knock on him is that he hasn’t done well against Apex Moon. That’s true, but nobody else has either. And Kyle did evade Apex Seth Wang, which is an extremely rare accomplishment. Well deserved MVP here
Correct me if I’m wrong:
Adding on, in WCT5 USA, he evaded Jason Bergeron and in the recent WCT6 USA, he managed to evade Rob Schihl.
He was almost able to evade Olof Wood in WCT6 USA (putting 4/6 members on the list), but he made a mistake going under instead of turning back. That was the chase after he evaded Rob for the first time.
He did evade Jarrod Luty when he was in GNF, but hasn’t evaded Jarrod when he joined Apex Moon.
Michael Sliger, yea… he’s just unstoppable (Tagged and evaded Kyle).
@@PhuLuuTheRealNitroYES I remembered the Jason evasion, but forgot about Rob. He also evaded Seth Ruji twice, Jarrod Luty, and a clutch evasion on Davis Vasconcellos, who was probably a top 3 player at the time. The great players he hasn’t evaded, Haroon and Shliger, have never given up an evasion to anyone

I don’t remember if I saw the text in the comment or heard it through a video, but during WCT5 World, Haroon got injured from something (unlike the tragic injury from the match [Envy GNF vs UGEN] where Richard dislocated his arm). That’s why we saw Dayne go against Kyle 3 times of the 16 chases.
HFR never had a chance against Apex Moon, or previously just Apex, because Apex got 4 Sodermans namely Rob, Michael, Seth and Jason and HFR only has one. Seth and Jason had now left Apex Moon. I am not sure if APEX still have that clear edge against all other teams.
He’s fast, he’s got good body control and mixed with his lightning fast instincts it’s no question why he’s good at evading. Him being in control of the chase is like putting a chef in the kitchen.
He is so quick I want a lot of speed like Kyle Soderman and also a parkour athlete

I'd just love to see such great athletes competing on the same team. I hope WCT reads my idea (I think it has potential)
