This is so hard for Gentaro he doesn’t understand, he wants to be mummy’s baby but little does he know he’s going to have a great little playmate that loves him so much. Kintaros little face💙💙
Wow this is so beautiful and it’s sad because it might never happen again it definitely won’t between Momotaro and Gentaro hopefully if Gentaro gets lucky out of the pool of bachelors he would be competing with because there is a lot of bloodline alrdy but I hope Annie but there will be an exchange in donations because gorillas cannot be exchanged for money anywhere. But since he and Momotaro and Gentaro are owned by uneo zoo not kyoto city zoo. Having a second child has completely almost changed momo. He is almost 100% protector now he comes out eats and sits on either his log or rock.its sad he may play with you with his hands sometimes but thats it what made him so unhappy and protector so obviously kintaro affected this which is sad to because he’s great i wonder what would happen if both happened. All the other silverbacks in japan play except momotaro even tho he clearly played with gentaro at one time.
I had no idea that the mom gorilla drinks the pee pee of the baby. Weirdest thing I was so not prepared for that. I'm sure they do that in the wild for a reason. And then I thought I don't even want to know what the mama does when the baby does #2 yikes 😮😮😮
I wonder, if Kintaro hadn't come along, would Momo still be this loving and playful with Gentaro? Any interaction Momo has with him now is voilent. Always attacking my poor Gentaro. Separating him from mom was wrong, Gentaro needed her as much as Kintaro. I love you Gentaro, you are a good boy, gentle and beautiful.
Most unnatural setting they need acres of land to roam and forriage they look so bored feel sad for them.If you are going to keep them in captivity make it as natural to their jungle world as possible. You keep them like this so people can see them close up so cruel!
I don't like that you have them sitting in a room like that why don't you give them toys or something leave them outside they're supposed to be in the wild
