When Christmas merchandise comes out months ahead, I get sick of it, long before Christmas (and the same goes for other holidays/seasons!). And I totally agree with using colors other than red/green. When I was a child my mom used a lot of blue, and I teased about our "Hanukkah tree" as our family did have Israeli/Jewish heritage. This year I'm adding realistic-looking pink poinsettias in pots out in front as with all of my big potted plants they fit right in and I've already gotten questions about what I've fed them!

I like to keep my craft room picked up and pretty, which I can do because I also have a craft storage room with a door next to it. However! Right now I have so much out on my 4x7’ craft table, desk, and countertop that it’s SO full with partially completed projects, tools, and paints,waxes etc! I’m going to be completing Christmas projects for several more months! Then I’ll clean it all up, and start Spring/summer projects! I’m still overthinking most projects, and wait for projects to dry between steps… plus I haven’t been feeling well again so things take so long to finish! But I love motivated and energetic days when I get a lot done! IOD has changed my life! I love it!

I literally live in a building that is 12x24, me and my pitbull and he's 85lbs. I have my desk and 4 totes a box that's the size of 2 totes a great big wooden cabinet and about 4 or 5 smaller containers and all of these are full of crafting stuff and beads for jewelry making. My little porch is full too. I also have a couch where my dog and I sleep. So anyway ya I can fully understand how you feel lol. Keep up all you do, you inspire me with all of your wonderful ideas!!!

I don't sell just like learning and playing in the paint. lol For me I get antsy when my craft area is a hot mess, like right now!! Your craft room doesn't look half as bad as mine! I have so many project pieces. I've been trying to get organized, but with my full time job it almost seems impossible to get it done.
