What is it? It is not something up there It is you In order to feel it You should somehow switch off you EGO. The Ego is not something you should always fight or hate, or run forever The Ego is the mental mechanism to define and control the world You should not turn into a saint to concur it forever You should just be able to switch it off and on upon a need The one in charge is the divine within you The one who controls the Ego on a leash Not to cheat the game, but to maintain the connection with the Divine within, Contrary to expected you cannot reach the Divine with strong and complicated spiritual analysis You should find a way to re-born your spirit in your searches
I believe this works ....i was having a really bad day so i meditated snd relaxed into a sleep thinking of jesus and mother mary and angels surrounding me with beautoful white light...i woke up feeling so much refreshed and light of heart , i really should do it more..but at thr time it was badly needed snd i feel so blessed that i had healing 💖 😊
Basically what you do while meditating is to let go of Ego And become observer The less the Ego the more otherworldly all become Even when you listening the silence this is your Ego defining your position Switching off the Ego lead to other worlds Don't be afraid to explore beyond the words with your Ego behind
I know that feeling. I developed a relationship with the I AM God presence within myself and that has gone away. It's in you as well and after the religious programming of God being far away from us looking down towards us melts away. The knowledge that you are one with God becomes clear and foremost in your mind. You didn't ask me but I've been where you are and this is how that was remedied for me. Ask God if you should learn about your I am presence and see if you feel a response. I did feel one so that's the direction I went. God's love and goodness always
EVERYTHING is the Divine, literally EVERYTHING. It’s not this OR that. Maybe you’ll feel it, when you surrender to the fact that ego is also a part of the Divine ❤❤❤
@@Mikeymoo-x3p good question and yes I'm sure. I'll give you a few reasons. The ego within me doesn't want to forgive. It says "look what they did to me! This is my hurt." . But the I AM in me directs us to forgive everyone always. The ego in me loves to judge and label things as good or bad or fat or nice. The I AM says we are all in process and everyone deserves respect and dignity. The ego says "what do I have to be grateful for? I don't have a billion dollars yet!" The I AM says you should be grateful for your life, the people in your life, animals, trees and first and foremost God. If I were listening to the ego I would still be in the same shape I was in more than 10 years ago. May God's love and goodness fill your heart.

One thing I can honestly tell someone who is seeking is that the God you seek lives in you and will guide your life if you make a daily effort to communicate with it. That, I would take to my grave.
