Now my iqama is renewed so now i have to re-submit the new visa application form or they can use my previous visa data please tell me soon

Dear Muhammed, No worries. It is taking time for all, keep checking the status. Once it will show "Under process" then same day or next day you will get visa document. Usually it takes 72 hours but it is taking longer that estimated time frame.

Usually people fill Father's name or Husband name
This was given as example in Bahrain visa application website.
