    Recipe 1:
    200g biscuits.
    90g butter.

    10 g / 0.35 oz agar-agar (1 teaspoon).
    Bring to the boil for 2 minutes.
    Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    150 ml lemon juice (5 fl oz).
    200 g biscuits (7 oz).
    90 g butter (3 ounces).
    Shape 20 x 15 cm (8 x 6 inches).

    200 ml cream 33% (6.5 fl oz).
    300 g sweetened condensed milk (10.5 oz).
    60 g white chocolate (2.1 oz).
    Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    5 eggs.
    120 g sugar (4.2 ounces).
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
    Beat for 6-7 minutes until you get this texture.
    130 g flour (4.6 ounces).

    Bake at 170 C (338 F) for 40-45 minutes.
