Here I share my most delicious and simple recipes for cakes, pies and desserts.     Recipe 1:
    400 g cocoa cream (1.5 cups).
    700 ml / 24 fl oz milk (3 cups).
    10 g / 0.35 oz agar-agar (2 teaspoons).
    If possible, use a glass mold.
    1/2 teaspoon sunflower oil.
    Bring to the boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

    Recipe 2:
    4 eggs.
    120 g sugar (1/2 cup).
    Remember that 1 cup = 240 ml = 8.1 fl oz.
    120 g flour (4/5 cup).
    1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    27 x 18 cm mold.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).
    Allow the cake to cool completely.
    700 g peaches in syrup (24.6 oz).
    300 g cream cheese (10.5 oz).
    60 g sugar (1/4 cup).
    Mix well.
    240 ml cream 33%.
    6 g agar-agar (2 teaspoons).
    Bring to the boil.
    Mix well.
    500 g yogurt (17.6 oz).
    Add 1/2 of the crushed peaches.
    120 ml condensed milk (1/2 cup).
    8 grams of agar-agar (1 tablespoon).
    Bring to the boil.
    Add the rest of the crushed peaches.
    120 ml water (1/2 cup).
    3 tablespoons sugar.
    3 g agar-agar (1 teaspoon).
    Bring to the boil.
    Allow to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Recipe 3:
    4 eggs.
    Each egg weighs approximately 70 grams (2.5 ounces).
    1 pinch of salt.
    200 g sugar (1 cup).
    80 ml vegetable oil (1/3 cup).
    280 g flour (2 cups).
    60 g almond flour (1/2 cup).
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    400 g cottage cheese (1.5 cups).
    1 egg.
    3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 180 C (356 F) for 45 minutes.
    Powdered sugar.
