This gets me crying. Avril wrote this song at a time when she was battling lyme disease. She genuinely believed she was dying when she wrote this. And it's just sad.
I was so happy when I heard Avril was able to pull through and still make music. She was one of my favorite singers and this song is so great. Even the fact that I'm coming from the Hardcore Techno / Industrial Hardcore / Darkcore Scene...and the fact that in 40 Years I never knew what to do with mainstream / commercial / pop music (never gave me anything), but Avril got me from the first moment at the time when she kicked out 'Sk8er Boi' & "I'm with you' (I'm from Germany). And I had and I still have to say this: She is the ONLY ONE ever who got my attention and she is the best damn Singer in the world with the best damn voice ever!
