This Flower 🌻 🌝 ♏️ has activated deep healing of subconscious patterns in my psyche. I awoke yesterday morning with a piercing headache 🤕 and a sore throat ~ forcing me to be in surrender mode. I hadn’t anticipated that it would happen this way and had call out from work and social engagements that I had really been looking forward to. I’m grateful to find this simple yet beautifully effective meditation this morning. I especially enjoyed the head and tongue positioning during Ajna chakra ~ something I’d not encountered before and will employ again. Thank you for being a part of my healing journey and being a guide for the collective 🙏🏼💝🤎🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🤍🩶
