- Maurin (Moe) and Anne are 2 jasmine farmers who plan to grow flowers for well known fragrance houses like Dior, Chanel, or other fine fragrance companies. I chatted with them over tea and got a behind the scenes look at the fragrance industry!

Thank you Julie! Maurin and Anne have been sought out by big publications (New York Times, UK Telegraph) for interviews. Despite the fact that I have a RUclips channel with less than 10,000 subs, they warmly welcomed me not only on their farm, but into their home so we can bond over a common passion. Feel very lucky and humbled by the experience.

I share your love for green tea! Yes -- it was a very nice moment. In the countryside, many French have "summer kitchens". It was fun to sit in their summer kitchen and seek respite from the morning cold!

I am glad you found it informative! I absolutely loved my trip to Grasse. I am considering going back in the fall to do some videos that focus a little deeper on the chemistry of scent. I am exploring the industry and learning a lot -- I'll have to check out your reviews. I just subbed!

I’ll be on the look out, but the best thing to do may be to go to a few trade shows and share with people what you do. It’s a great way to meet industry folk and they might be able to tell you more about the process. Another thing to consider is industry magazines. There are lots of them out there ... and someone has to write those articles! If you need help finding some publisher names just DM me on Insta or FB and I’ll try to help.
