Can I ask how you scale up your buildings and turn it into a template

Sure. I made one floor 7cm high, things like the windows or door I measured from real scales and transferred it into 1:35. I didn't draw a template or plan, just placed them where they looked fitting.

how is this thermocutter ? qualities ?

It's not bad depending on the price which was around 30 Euro. But the proxxon cutter seems to be more accurate and has a bigger table. So I would recommend getting the proxxon, although this device did what I wanted to do it somehow.
