It’s awesome when a director stresses on the details like equipment
oontur- mench I loved in the movie during Murphy’s climb, Marcus is firing and experiences a jam. He just mutters “Fuck...”, clears it and resumes firing.

So how sad or awkward would it be selecting the gear setups for your dead brothers. For the exact fight that they sadly passed away in.

@@steverogers2809 exactly what I said.... when Marcus was rescued he had ALL of his ammunition on him (11 full mags and 2 grenades).... he said he crawled 7 miles until he was found by Gulabs village is less then a mile away from where the gunfight happened.. There were 6-8 Taliban fighters and they killed 0 (in his book he said there were 200 Taliban and they killed like 90 of them)..... also, the herders did not “discover them” and that’s the reason this all started....The taliban heard the helicopter fly in, so they started gearing up... then the herders went up that way so they could try to relay information in regards to the # of seals there were up there......Taliban were already started up that mountain, and once the herder said there was only 4 of them, the 7 Taliban continued up the mountains and shots rang out... (thats why they got there so “fast”) The Taliban knew exactly where they were the minute that loud ass helicopter flew in....when the shots starts marcus hurled his ass off that mountain and never looked back...he ended up hiding in a hole and waited it out..... Maybe he fired a couple rounds at first but that was it..... I’m not taking away his bravery and the bravery of the seals that died that day for doing that job, but for Marcus to lie about shit for profit off his dead teammates is just wrong

So these weapons used by the actors are real or Airsoft?
they're most likely blanks just for making loud noises and then they probably go back later to add special effects. The guns they're using is M4 carbines and mk24s I think which is pretty cool.

A lot of people think Marcus is a hero. But technically, he got all his brothers killed because he refused to tie up the Taliban. If this movie is really a true story, then Marcus is no hero, he is a coward!

Marcus didn't make the call he gave his opinion. The teams leader made the call but you know, you're some badass keyboard warrior who knows what it's like to decide the fate of a couple men who may or may not be innocent oh and there's a language barrier to make it easier. You're pathetic
he didn’t want to commit a war crime and kill civilians. the taliban were looking for them anyway cause they heard them insert the night before. marcus is a honorable guy he made sure his brothers were honored.
