Awesome review 10/10 Have been waiting for your review after seeing u riding them in ur previous vid. Im thinking of getting a set of these or seismic alphas this season. Im riding the otang 4prez and in heats, they slide smooth in 80a but the other ones ive tried were horrible for DH. Too much chatter. The 80A also gets chattery when Temps drop below 3° outside, but that shouldnt bother you at all haha. How does the rollspeed compare to the alphas u had? Since they claim to have the best rollspeed and acceleration. ~ Nice to see otang supporting you, best luck hope u can get a sponsorship some day! Awesome company.
Really happy you like it!! If you can, get both. The Alphas are really great wheels but are kind of scary for open road riding, they have a very directional slide and if you are trying to slow down within your lane it can feel sketchy. They also have an icey slide that doesn't slow you down as much as you'd like. Great wheels if you can handle them. I think they are faster accelerating than the Kegels, but the 76mm have a lower overall top speed. Can't wait to test the 80mm Alphas, should be a crazy experience. The Otangs are far more forgiving, smoother sliding and slow you down more without feeling too grippy. I think the core evens out pressure over the wheel better, so it won't chatter as much I don't think haha.
That's honestly my favorite wheel for communiting and pushing, so good to the point where I don't trust any other wheels other then my Sector 9 wheels and my orangatang wheels😂, and they don't wanna stop at all

Which sector9 wheels you like for commuting and pushing?
Good content bro keep shreding
Thanks homie :)
1:40-1:49 was an incredible shot
Bro, the acceleration on that part of the hill is scary
I wish I had the courage to slide like you.
Comes with practice and time
Very Nice Tangs!
what's the song in the end shot? the one playing in the car
Black sheep - Metric (brie larson version). It's use din the whole video
did you have any issues with wheelbite without risers? has been my only worry with the size
Wheelbite will be an issue at slower speeds. I don't think I was really bothered by it otherwise tbh.
Yo! Thanks for the review
Are they as heavy as magnums?
Yeah I'd say about the same
@@downhill254skate thanks :)
