Ken-Tool Blue Cobra™ Demount Tool - Tips and Trouble shooting - 35440

Here is a quick demo explaining some of the finer points of how the blue cobra works and addressing some of the common user errors and frustrations for first time users attempting to learn the tool.
The Blue Cobra is designed for 22.5 and 24.5 truck tires to demount the top and bottom beads without needing to lift the tire and wheel assembly off the ground.
The cobra will demount up to a 425 mm wide tire on up to a 13" wide wheel.

I use one like that but older, I think all the different points on it would make it a little more challenging. I go in and pull over like you did, then I cut back over and down hard and the tool grabs the bottom bead. After that I just pull back over again and it’s off.

The only tire tools I buy are Ken-Tools and I have a Blue Cobra . The tool has a problem , if the wings were manufactured wider it would work more efficiently .

Remove a tire from aluminum rims. This was too easy. My experience with tires is it's never this easy. Maybe these larger tires are, but the smaller tires can be a chore just breaking the bead.
