Assigning Shopify Products to Collections with CSV Import

Did they fix the one collection per upload? Cz I got many products, and I'd like to organize them all quickly to specific collections each.

other people have said so in the comments by adding more than one column with name Collection BUT i tried it and it doesnt work on my store. i can only add one Collection column at a time per csv submission

Your welcome. Unfortunately Shopify does not have a native way to upload collection descriptions in csv. You will have to either use an app to do this or have a developer use Shopify apis for this. For most an app is the best

thanks! not sure you mean tags for products. if so you have 2 options: a. go to products list in backend, checkbox them, click on bulk edit and edit tags. b. install a paid app such as matrixify (or similiar app) to create your own customized excel or csv to easily upload tags.

unfortunately, you will have to upload the sheet multiple times each with one collection at a time. it will add to the list.

if you add two Kollektion columns to your spreadsheet, then you can add two collections to a product
