I had one for a few years 11-19 put 160k miles on it and loved it. Sold it after having some oil pump issues. Went through two set of lifters due to DoD but other than that truck never gave me issues. Been looking at some on IAA as I miss my old white one. I had removed the side skirts and put the black headlight. And it really offset the white exterior. Never had the money to buy SS wheels
@@MrRosscopeco hell yeah brother. This truck has 210k on it and for all I know it has the original 4l60 in it. Well over the last few weeks it's made some very questionable downshifts lol. Looking to put a 4l80 in it haha
I used some "hex button head stainless steel socket cap screws." I believe I just got them from Home depot, but I don't rememeber the bolt pattern. Bring a bolt with you to match it up. I didn't worry about them leaking too much, but if you really wanted to be sure they sealed up you could use some aluminum washers or even a tiny bit of gasket material under the head of the bolt
Ok so I just got my truck back from the paint shop. The 2 front screws had to be drilled out cuz they was rusted. The rest came out with no issues. They said get shorter screws cuz they will be too long. After 3 trips back and forth to home depot and no one knowing anything about screws, I simply filled the holes with clear silicone. Cheaper than the cost of screws and simple one and done process.
by far the best looking envoy i have seen. is there anyway i can contact you? i have a envoy that is in pristine condition and would like to talk to you about the head unit and tent u have?
I appreciate it. You could message me on Instagram: Tubo_LS_is300 . The head unit is a really cheap Atoto I think F7, I paid like $100 on ebay. For how much it costs it's great. Did you ask about tint? It's legal, I got it with the truck actually.
Also, to get the head unit to work, you have to use something like a Axxess GMOS-014 (I can't remember exactly, definitely check before you buy it) and a Metra 95-2001 to get it to physically fit. The adaptors cost more than the head unit I used haha
It's not lowered. Once you remove the luggage rack and put those SS wheels on there it gives it a lowered look. The running boards also gives it that look as well
Hey man is there any way I can contact you via message, I have an 07 envoy Denali with the LH6 block and I just have some questions about the cam set up and also if you have any lowering kit on yours and more
Wow dude, that has to be the cleanest looking envoy I've ever seen for like a stock looking truck. I have a 2005 base model and I can only dream of having it look this nice. Is this the Denali version? How much did you find those Wheels for? Also I noticed that they were silver first and then you had them chromed? I would have updated a few things on mine except the air conditioner / heater vent actuator motor has broken down and needs to be replaced which is kind of an expensive pain. Also the transmission gasket seal is leaking which is an easy fix. Other than that the stereo system is ancient and doesn't have any auxiliary or Bluetooth to connect the phone to which also needs to be upgraded. Also I have the very basic small plane looking 3-star Wheels that come stock on the base model and the funny thing is even the wheels you took off would be a massive upgrade for mine LOL
@TurboV8boi I reved it up to redline and a piston ring gave up the ghost 👻 😂 The thing is a nasty gas guzzler I grew to hate it so much I grabbed a Camry and I get 35 miles to the gallon now. I spend $25 to $30 a week on gas it's mind blowing the difference at $4 a gallon in Cali it's such a a relief 😮💨
I have an 06 Denali with 165k and it runs same as new. They make great rides.
Mine has almost 200k but it runs great now! Doesnt burn any oil or anything:)
Im going to look at a 06 tomorrow..i love the denali envoys with the 5.3 v8...
@@BodyWeakDotNetI live in Kentucky and we were hit by that big tornado 🌪 back in December. It totaled my 06 Denali.
Truck looks great. Just bought one for 5500 today. 90k miles. Do you have a video or removing the roof rack? Head unit too. Wheels look great too.

I just ordered my SS wheels. I'm going through affirm. My monthly payments are only $106. It's worth it.
The finished product looks like a squatted 05 Yukon. Nice outcome
dang what a transformation, incredible job!!
I got the exact same thing. Just put it on KW suspension 862 cylinder heads and Stage2 GM cam

Truck looks awesome what’s your lowering kit
Thanks man. I was going to do the belltech kit, but ended up getting a really good deal on some KW's (sold by Belltech).
Hey bro what did you use to cover the holes after taking off the luggage rack? Please let me know.

@TurboV8boi ok so they are actual screws?
@@DBrown820 they are bolts that's just what home depot calls them haha
@TurboV8boi can you just use the ones it came with or will they be too long?

Hey wat size tire you have on there
Did u had to put spacers in the front or no? Looks badass man
Thanks! The wheels bolt on with no modifications. The suspemsion between the Trailblazer SS and this are nearly the exact same.
Thanks I'm thinking of this set up I thought i had to cuange my stock suspensions on my 06 SLT envoy. Nice job dawggg
