    If you wanna be the best your effort must be fed from the heart . Hard work will get you far but the guy effortlessly passing you has heart and enjoyment . He is doing it for him/ her self . That is why Kaka was elected the worlds best soccer ⚽️ player by his peers. He is motivated by love and not by fear of not being best . I like your philosophy, sir. I want to sprint as 60 + because I want to feel like I’m flying and be strong so I can enjoy life and good health .

    Hey Coach would you be interested in training me to kick field goals? I’m 37 and training this whole year for a shot in the NFL. I’m a Marine as well so my mindset is solid. Any way to reach out and have a conversation?

      I train athleticism. I don't think I could I could improve your kicking.

      Oh I don’t need help kicking. I’m like the guy in some of your videos. I’d run 10-15 miles at a time. In the gym I only care about legs so leg press is my favorite at 1,450 pounds. I had a pro kick day last month and I was no doubt bigger and stronger than those college kids looking at going to the NFL. I was 100% up to 50 yards for 80+ kicks but fell short beyond 50. I need leg speed! I never could train how everyone else does as that’s just not my style and feed the cats is what I believe a breakthrough in kicking.

      @@johndunbar7293 You want me to remote train you?

    • @johndunbar7293
      @johndunbar7293 8 месяцев назад

      Yes while more focused on planning and guidance of the training. I can watch all the videos here and make my own plan but it’s not the same as being able to work with you. I understand what I’m asking is completely out of your normal routine at least for someone my age pursuing what I’m doing. I believe it’s possible.

    Imagine if the Detroit Lions adopted TFC this summer and won the Super Bowl next year. Did you see how slow they looked trying to make open field tackles in the 4th quarter?

    Hello, Coach. I followed your 24 page content on the program to the second phase of a total of six weeks, suddenly appeared very fatigue phenomenon, the boys from the fly10 time from 0.94 dropped from 0.94 to 1 second, the girls from 1.13 dropped from 1.22, before the improvement is very rapid, the sixth week suddenly found that they are very fatigue, I do not know what causes it? (SAMPLE WORKOUT PLAN)

    Hey coach can I still do sprints after volleyball practice. I’m a freshman and I need to get faster for my sophomore football season but I also play volleyball, and I was wondering if and when I could fit in sprint training. I have volleyball practice everyday besides weekends
