Why is Pasqually and Madame Oink in the wrong spots, along with really all the locations layout being wrong

Well this is a customized store, meaning that it isn't 100% Winchester, and we used the Big Cheese layout to make the store and give it a more customized design to make it look unique.
And we put Pasqually there since most of the times, Pasqually portrait stage is put under the Kitchen, and we decided to give that spot to Oink's stage.

​And for everyone confused what does he mean by The Big Cheese well the big cheese was another name for Chuck E cheese and if you're wondering what way out he's using he's using the first layout of Winchester because it's the big cheese layout before it became what Winchester actually was
