The series that helps me focus with work is The Big Bang Theory. I thought it was crazy that I was only able to focus and be productive when it is playing in the background.

I've started my own shop called Uncommon Canvas Co where I sell my paintings, and I've been working on growing it (for several years, but restarted with new energy this February) to no avail. Thank you for the continued motivation. I'm going to do everything I can to get to this point and be able to share cool art with people 🥹

My advice is that you do some research on assembly line design for each phase of your process from ordering supplies, to production, packaging, shipping (and receiving), and so on. Take some time to analyze each phase, every activity and how you can combine activities (for example packaging), for an efficient and streamlined process.
Also, after a big day of production and shipping, meet with your team and discuss how things went and seek their input. Debrief! Jam ideas!
Think about what goes into each package: thank you note, sticker, etc. Set up a "station" to prep those items in advance (this could be a box with all "phase1" supplies in it". Same with product boxes and shipping labels, invoices and envelopes.
If you have the different processes identified, you can say to employee, I need 140 "thank you" packets prepped for tomorrow's shipment here's the box for that. Then, I need 140 envelopes prepped with the "thank you" packets...etc. And so on. This can be a really fun and rewarding activity and once you get it figured out, you'll probably find ways to improve different aspects of the processes. I've found that organizing production lines always seems to lead to further improvements as time goes on.
I've worked production lines and office production (preparing for meetings and events). I think you will find this suggestion valuable as you ramp up production and involve other people in your business. Let me know if you have any questions, need clarification, etc.

When you said the printers were not working, and that was how you made the backing cards for your pins, I immediately thought, why isn't she having these cards printed for her by Vistaprint. Using the business cards was a good save.
Also, with respect to using the safety goggles when you glaze, because you are using a
UV "oven" to polymerize the glaze, you might want goggles that block UV light as well as protect your eyes from harmful chemicals. It all adds up over time. Probably, Mr. Comfy being a chemist has already thought of this.
The series of bunny pancake items with the different summer fruits is just so cute and pretty. The pops of color from the fruits really elevates the design. And here I already thought the original bunny pancakes with butter and syrup were perfect.
